RESERVATIONS REQUIRED by depositing
$120.00 for each reservation. Payment by check only
(will be returned at registration table); no show, no
refund.

WIDOWS need not make a deposit, but must make
reservations by mail, email or phone (contact info
below).

Members/widows may invite additional guests by paying $100 per person by SEPARATE non-refundable check.
